Josh Alballero is a defender of the United States. He believes in the American project, in the values that made this country the greatest in history, and in the responsibility of those who have built a life here to defend it. AMÉRICA SE DEFIENDE was born from that conviction: a movement for Hispanics who refuse to let progressive narratives speak in their name.

Professionally, Josh has spent more than 25 years as a fiscal and accounting strategist, advising businesses and individuals across the United States and Latin America, in English and in Spanish. What started in tax strategy and business structuring has grown into something wider: reading the whole business, from growth and revenue to cash flow, margins, and the numbers that decide whether a company makes it.

Today he steps directly into growing companies in two seats most owners never get to fill: as their Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), running growth, revenue, sales, marketing, and operations as one plan, and as their Chief Financial Officer (CFO), taking control of cash flow, profitability, budgeting, taxes, and financing. Not a report and a handshake, but a partner in the room, making the real decisions month after month.

As an entrepreneur, Josh has founded and exited three companies with a focus on finance and cross-border ventures. Today he dedicates part of his work to coaching other entrepreneurs and business owners, helping them build companies that are financially sound and built to last.
