Define the gap
Agree on one priority, its starting point, available sources and dependencies.
Close: an agreed priority, owner and scope.
BEFORE DEVELOPING YOUR FRANCHISE
If you want to franchise but operations still depend on you, we work on one specific priority: numbers, processes or responsibilities. Each cycle produces a deliverable, evidence of use and a next step.
Assess my next step →No payment in this assessment. Depending on fit, you can book a 30-minute video meeting with Josh or receive a team review.

You have an operating business and want to take its next step. Your numbers may be unclear, your team may ask you about everything, or an important process may exist only in your head. We identify what is holding you back and what can be improved with available information and time.
01
Agree on one priority, its starting point, available sources and dependencies.
Close: an agreed priority, owner and scope.
02
Develop an operational deliverable for that priority: a metric, procedure or responsibility with its control.
Close: usable material with sources, steps or responsibilities.
03
Review its use in the actual business and record errors, owner interventions and open items.
Close: evidence, revisions and a next-step decision.
Separate preparation, expansion and needs outside the program. One location or partial records does not automatically exclude you.
If there is a fit, choose a time on his calendar. We review the gap and agree on a plan and scope before hiring.
Assessment, one priority and one deliverable. Two 45-minute sessions included in the plan hours. Responsibilities follow your chosen approach.
Check implementation, limitations and open items. Decide on another priority, a prerequisite or a separate expansion assessment.
Choose based on who will develop the materials. Both plans agree on one priority per cycle, check its use and close with a next-step decision.
US$950/ month
You and your team implement. We guide and review.
Fits a team able to develop and implement with guidance. The milestone depends on the gap and available hours.
Assess whether this plan fits →US$1,500/ month
Our team takes a greater role in analysis and developing materials.
Fits a team needing more material development from us. Implementation does not mean we run your business or replace your staff.
Assess whether this plan fits →Total team hours include both sessions, preparation, analysis, development, review and coordination. We do not promise to address every gap in a month. Scope is agreed before hiring; extra work requires prior agreement.
For operating businesses preparing to grow. Partial records or no manager are gaps to assess, not automatic exclusions. You need decision authority and willingness to implement. If a dependency prevents progress, we define the prerequisite first. If already prepared for expansion, the form follows a separate route without requiring either preparation plan. Already prepared? Visit Develop Your Franchise.
It is hands-on guidance for your operation, using your information, agreed deliverables and real tests. Attending meetings does not replace implementation.
No. Guided preparation is US$950 per month; Implementation is US$1,500 per month. They are monthly alternatives with no additional proposed setup fee.
Guided preparation fits a team that can develop and apply changes with guidance. Implementation fits a business needing more analysis and development from us. We agree based on needs and your team’s ability to participate.
An assessment and agreed priority, a deliverable for that priority, a check of its use, and a close with evidence and open items. We do not address all numbers, processes and responsibilities at once. Scope and acceptance are agreed before starting.
There is no fixed deadline or guarantee that your business will qualify for franchising. We review each cycle. Expansion assessment and franchise development are separate engagements.
This assessment does not require multiple locations or a minimum revenue figure. We review operations, needs, ability to implement and willingness to invest in the scope.
Two 45-minute sessions per month and agreed tasks. As a guide, allow roughly two hours a week in addition to testing the process during normal operations. The commitment depends on scope.
We identify available sources and gaps, without inventing profit or margins. If bookkeeping must be reconstructed, we scope that separately rather than silently including a dependency that prevents progress.
Josh conducts the initial fit video meeting. The assigned team guides or develops according to the plan; you and available team members implement. Your delivery lead is identified before hiring. The two cycle sessions are with that lead; additional sessions with Josh are not automatically included.
Bookkeeping reconstruction, payroll execution, hiring, daily operations, filings, travel, software, financing and legal franchise documents. It does not promise investors, new locations or increased sales.
The proposal uses monthly cycles without a required three-month minimum. At each close, we agree whether to continue. This page does not charge you. Payment, cancellation and refund terms are provided in writing before hiring.
We can review a different approach or scope for the next cycle. Extra work is quoted and agreed before execution. Charges are not added without agreement.
The assessment uses your answers and distinguishes preparation from expansion. Multiple locations, complete records or a manager are not automatic requirements. Dependencies, investment questions or missing authority lead to review. A fit unlocks the calendar; it does not certify franchise readiness.
No. It unlocks the calendar for applicants who fit. Your appointment is confirmed when you choose a time and complete Google Calendar’s booking process. Availability and time zone are shown there.
Submitting authorizes Josh’s team to review and contact you about your request. We store contact details, answers and the assessment result. You are not automatically added to marketing campaigns. Do not submit banking, tax or confidential documents in this form.
No email message needs to be drafted, and this form does not charge you. Complete the assessment and follow the result. Hiring and payment come after agreeing on scope.
We assess what you can obtain and implement. A delegable task or partial sources can be a starting point. If a dependency prevents progress, we identify the prerequisite first. Bookkeeping reconstruction or hiring is not silently added to your plan.
We review agreed acceptance criteria and evidence of use: executions and exceptions for a process, calculation and sources for a metric, owner interventions for a responsibility. Incomplete work is recorded too.
A sales task is created with an owner and next step. A fit lets you book; a review retains your information to resolve dependencies. Clicking the calendar does not prove a booking. We do not promise an instant response.
Choose expansion in the assessment. We ask about unit economics and repeatable operations. You do not need a preparation plan; expansion scope and pricing are assessed separately.
Tell us where your business stands and what you want to solve. Preparation and expansion follow different routes; uncertainty about investment leads to review rather than being treated as rejection.
Submitting saves the assessment and a review or booking follow-up task. It does not confirm an appointment or enroll you in campaigns.
The next engagement develops your franchise model, with its own scope and proposal.
